Your use of the AXIS API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as defined by your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension of service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including API keys. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MasterAxis and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
In no event shall MasterAxis, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
